In the months that follow, she finds herself in a life she never anticipated: single motherhood. Daughter Maxie brings unexpected joys and burdens, which newly single Jenny shoulders with support from her parents and friends. She even gets to know a handsome, helpful neighbor John. But just when things are going right, Dean reappears. And now Jenny has to make the tough choice between her older life and her current life.
